We will always do our best not to cancel or rearrange your appointments, and to run on time. We really appreciate you doing the same.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel — otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost will be charged.
If we manage to fill your appointment at short notice, we won’t charge a fee.
Deposits
A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking if any of the following apply:
- You missed your last appointment with us
- You are a new client
- You are booking online
- Your appointment is longer than two hours
The deposit is deducted from your final bill. It is fully refunded if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, or if a service cannot be provided for any reason. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Payment Details
Before we take any payment details — whether for a deposit or cancellation charge — we will always confirm:
- The service or treatment you have booked
- The total price including any applicable taxes
- The date and time of your appointment
Running Late?
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to complete the full service in the time remaining.
